On August 20, 2019, invited by Beijing BOC (Nanjing) Law Firm, eight people, including Director Tang Feng, Secretary Cheng Wenjie and several partners of Shanghai Yuanfa Law Firm, visited Nanjing for exchange. Mr. Cai Junwang, Supervisor and Equity Partner of Beijing BOC (Nanjing) Law Firm, Mr. Cao Chunhua and Mr. Yan Chi, Senior Partners, as well as Mr. Cheng Li, Administrative Supervisor, participated in the seminar.

In this symposium, first of all, Cai Junwang, a lawyer from Beijing Zhongyin (Nanjing) Firm, gave a detailed answer on a series of key points, such as the direction of brand building and team building of his firm, the brand promotion strategy, as well as the training and development of young lawyers. Mr. Cheng Li shared his experience in administration and management.

Then, Tang Feng, a lawyer of our firm, made a wonderful speech on the management system of law firms, the importance of lawyers setting up a team, and how to improve their professional ability. Finally, the lawyers of both sides carried out in-depth exchanges on risk control, brand building, specialization construction, business development and other aspects.

The exchange trip to Nanjing further enhanced the friendly relationship between the two sides and promoted the cooperation between the two law firms. At the same time, through the exchange, the source lawyers objectively recognize themselves and learn the useful experience and achievements of BOC, which is very beneficial to improve the business level of the source lawyers and enhance the construction of the firm.
