On July 16, 2019, Tang Feng, Li Xiuhua and Hui Jinsheng, three lawyers from Shanghai Yuan Law Firm, received a letter of appointment from the Qinzhou Arbitration Commission and became arbitrators of the Qinzhou Arbitration Commission.

Qinzhou Arbitration Commission is an institution established in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Law of the People's Republic of China, approved for registration by the Department of Justice of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and ratified by the People's Government of Qinzhou Municipality, and was formally established on December 26th, 1996, according to the regulations of the Arbitration Law of the People's Republic of China. Qinzhou Arbitration Commission is an organization to settle economic disputes and disputes over property rights and interests by arbitration, which is composed of authorities, legal, economic and trade experts, etc. It also employs a group of experts, scholars and authorities with professional knowledge and practical experience in law, economic and trade, etc. as arbitrators, and conducts independent arbitration according to the law, free from the interference of administrative organs, social groups and individuals. At present, the branch of Qinzhou Arbitration Commission is the Lingshan Branch of Qinzhou Arbitration Commission.

On December 17, 2016, the Qinzhou Arbitration Commission, in accordance with the spirit of the Qinzhou Municipal Committee Office and Municipal Government Office [Qinban (2016) No. 39] document, listed the establishment of the Qinzhou International Commercial Arbitration Court in Qinzhou City. The Qinzhou International Commercial Arbitration Court was established to introduce the international commercial arbitration system and to formulate and implement arbitration rules for commercial disputes that are in line with international standards, which will be used to serve the construction of the Beibu Gulf Pilot Free Trade Zone.

The Qinzhou International Commercial Arbitration Court (QICAC) is a specialized institution for the settlement of contractual disputes and other disputes over property rights and interests between natural persons, legal persons and other organizations of equal subject matter at home, abroad and internationally in accordance with the law.
